For 16 years, the City of Odessa Fall Festival has been one of those events families look forward to every fall. It's a day where kids can laugh, parents can relax, and neighborhods can spend time together makingmemories that last long after the event is over. What started as a community celebration has grown into a tradition that brings thousands of people to McKinney Park each year.
